Return Policy

All sales are final. Because every bubble mailer is custom-decorated and made to order against your approved artwork and specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Why all sales are final

Your mailers are produced specifically for you — your logo, your colors, your dimensions. Custom-printed packaging cannot be restocked or resold, so it is non-returnable. The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you sign off on exactly what will be produced before anything is printed.

Our production guarantee

This is not a return policy loophole — it is a quality commitment. If your order arrives defective, or does not match the mockup you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake and replace the affected items at no cost to you. We may ask for photos to confirm the issue and improve our process.

What isn’t covered

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and deviations from your approved mockup. It does not cover changes of mind, errors in artwork you approved, or damage caused after delivery. Please review your mockup carefully — spelling, colors, and dimensions — before approving, since production matches your sign-off exactly.
