Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 500 mailers per style. Smaller sample and keepsake runs are quoted case by case — just ask.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly run orders into the hundreds of thousands and can scale production to match a growing fulfillment operation.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can send blank stock samples so you can feel the material, and we provide a pre-production proof of your printed artwork before the full run.
Can I mix sizes or styles in one order?
Yes. Combining sizes — or even different mailer styles — in one order is the easiest way to reach better volume pricing.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork, dielines, and specs on file, so reorders come back identical months later.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once your design is locked and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. No vector? Send a high-resolution PNG or even a photo and our designers will rebuild it print-ready, free.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our in-house designers can build clean, print-ready artwork from a reference, a sketch, or a description at no extra cost.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching so your mailer color lines up with the rest of your packaging and brand system.
How much of the mailer can be printed?
The full exterior — front and back, edge to edge. Interior printing (a branded inside surface for unboxing) is available on most styles.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve. You never pay for a mailer you haven’t signed off on.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard production is 2–3 weeks from your approved mockup. Custom-size mailers add a short step for dieline approval.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the US, with international shipping available on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. We’ll include it in your written quote so there are no surprises.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split the run across multiple locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If mailers arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we’ll remake and replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom bubble mailers cost?
Pricing is by quote because it depends on size, quantity, material, and decoration. Each product page shows a typical range to set expectations.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
A single price would be misleading. Your real number depends on the mailer size, order quantity, material, and print — a quote is the accurate figure.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established businesses. Your quote will list the options available to you.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote from another supplier, send it over and we’ll do our best to beat it.
Product & Care
What are the mailers made of?
Depending on the style: a coextruded polyethylene or kraft-paper exterior over an air-bubble (or paper-honeycomb) cushioning layer that protects the contents.
Are they self-sealing, and how durable are they?
Yes — every mailer has a peel-and-seal adhesive strip. They’re tear- and puncture-resistant, and poly and metallic styles are water-resistant through the mail stream.
